Shaped by my background as a competitive athlete alongside PhD and postdoctoral research, I bring one foot in science and the other in high-performance sport, grounded in both lived experience and applied physiology.

With more than two decades of experience across 24+ sports and international performance environments from Olympic sport to the Golden State Warriors I help solve the harder performance questions through systems thinking, complex case problem-solving, behavior-supportive environments, and integrated strategies that extend beyond conventional nutrition approaches.
